I Disagree With The Other Reviewers , Nice People Great Store and Fantastic Prices
Fair Prices. Not the best, not the worst. Customer service is lacking. Maybe if you know the people behind the counter they're friendly and helpful, otherwise I don't think they are. I stopped buying the majority of things there because it isn't a pleasant experience and their prices aren't the best and can find my product elsewhere and get better service. Although I have one horse that eats their 12% house grain and that's all I buy. I have more than one horse and one with a special L/S diet. I buy my grooming supplies elsewhere and anything else I may need. I also have poultry and buy all their supplies elsewhere. I cannot be the only person who refuses to buy from them because of their prices and lack of customer service.
Cheap Place To Buy Feed
The ladie behind the counter was very grumpy, and the 5 or 6 guys in the warehouse area were all standing there! Would not even come over to help us unload a piece of equipment we rented from them.This place is in need of some CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES. Very rude and they all seem to hate their jobs! I have tryed to give them another chance, and I have been there 3 times, But no more. I have taken my businees else where. Their is way to much competition in this area to have such poor customer service.
I have been going to Farmhouse since the 70's. It is always great to do business with a privately owned small business. Great prices and always helpful and courteous ! As far as public restrooms, all small businesses have to decline do to health regulations and clean up staff. There are public restrooms in any of restaurants close in Milton.
